Breakfast Bircher Muesli

 




 

 

Ingredients:

(for 1 serve):
1/2 cup raw oats
3/4 cup plant milk
Some raisins or other dried fruit
Some nuts or seeds (I like to use slivered almonds and white chia)
1 whole green apple, sliced into matchsticks using a mandolin (or just grated using an ordinary cheese grater)

Method:
1. The night before, place the oats, dried fruit and plant milk in a small bowl and mix to combine. Cover, and place in the fridge overnight
2. In the morning, grate the apple and stir it through the oats, along with the nuts or seeds
3. Serve with some fruit, a little extra plant milk or soy or coconut yoghurt
