Easy Baked Potato Chippies With Avocado

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

– Potatoes (as many as desired)
– Salt
– Oregano
– 1 avocado

Optional: 
– Paprika
– Nutritional yeast

Method:

Preheat a fan forced oven to 180C / 355F

On the stove, boil potatoes whole for 15 minutes.

Drain and chop the potatoes into chips.

Place on a tray and season with salt, oregano, paprika and nutritional yeast (if desired).

Pop into the preheated oven to bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden.

Mash up avocado into a sauce and fill your belly with potatoey goodness!
